Jonas cramby's green herby salsa (green herb salsa)
Spicy salsa of avocado, coriander and parsley.
Roast the garlic cloves (with peel) with the chillies in a frying pan without oil or butter.
Remove the skins as soon as they start to discolour, and remove the seeds from the chillies.
Mix the peppers and garlic cloves with the oil and spices.
Peel the cucumber, remove the seeds and cut the rest into cubes.
Also cut the avocado into dice and add salt.
