Bottle gourd roasted in the oven with cumin and sea salt.

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ºC.
  2. Wash the pumpkin and halve in length. Remove the seeds and stringy inside with a spoon, leave the shell.
  3. Cut both halves into slices of 2 cm.
  4. Mix the pumpkin with the oil and the cumin seeds and spread over a griddle covered with parchment paper.
  5. Bake the pumpkin for 20 minutes in the oven. Sprinkle before serving with the sea salt.
