- 
                                Preheat the oven to 200 ºC.
- 
                                Wash the pumpkin and halve in length. Remove the seeds and stringy inside with a spoon, leave the shell.
- 
                                Cut both halves into slices of 2 cm.
- 
                                Mix the pumpkin with the oil and the cumin seeds and spread over a griddle covered with parchment paper.
- 
                                Bake the pumpkin for 20 minutes in the oven. Sprinkle before serving with the sea salt.
