                                Cook the broad beans and broccoli al dente in about 4 minutes. Meanwhile, beat the basil, anchovies, lemon juice and olive oil in a food processor to a dressing and season with salt and pepper.

                                Pour the dressing over the broad beans and broccoli and stir well.
 - 
                                Sprinkle with the pine nuts, scrape with a peeler curl Parmesan cheese over the salad and serve immediately.
