Tomato tapenade with old cheese
A tasty Italian recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: sundried tomatoes in oil, fresh rosemary (chopped), garlic, grated cheese (old), extra virgin olive oil and (forest) onions.

Puree the tomatoes with the rosemary and garlic in a food processor or in a high bowl with a hand blender.

Mix in the cheese and gradually add oil and puree until a smooth paste is formed.

Season with salt and (freshly ground) pepper.

Put the tomato tapenade in a bowl and put it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes so that the flavors can withdraw..
