Cut a small piece of the stalks of the mushrooms.

Heat the herb butter in a frying pan and fry the mushrooms for about 5 minutes on a moderately hot setting. Spoon the mushrooms regularly through the butter during baking.

Fry the mushrooms. Spoon the mushrooms in a bowl or dish. Put a cocktail stick in each mushroom.

Sprinkle parsley over the mushrooms and serve hot.
