Directions

  1. Bake the chopped red peppers in the olive oil.

  3. Shape bread rolls or small quenelles and roll them through 2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander with 3 tablespoons finely chopped pecan or pistachio nuts.
  4. Serve the snacks on an amuse or tablespoon.
