Pulled salmon spoon
Try this pulled salmon spoon
Preheat the oven to 180ºC. Stick or cut 8 spoon shapes out of the dough and place them on the baking paper. Brush them with egg and bake in the oven in about 20 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool.
Pull the salmon with the fingers or a fork and spread over the spoons.
Stir the horseradish through the mascarpone and scoop up a tuft of cream on each mountain of salmon. Garnish the pulled salspoons with some fresh herbs.
