Pineapple rice with prawns
A tasty recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: fish, fresh pineapple, Thai fish sauce (bottle), cocktail shrimp (125 g), lime, basmati rice (pack of 400 g), salt, fresh ginger root, coriander, (sunflower) oil and (freshly ground) pepper .

Cut off the crown of pineapple. Cut thick slices of pineapple with sharp knife 4 (remainder of pineapple is not used). Peel on deep plate and collect about 1 tablespoon juice (if necessary, get some extra juice from the rest of the pineapple). Carry out core with apple drill or sharp knife. Cut pineapple into small pieces. In a bowl, stir in 1 tablespoon of fish sauce, pineapple juice and shrimps. Lime squeezing.

Cook 1 tablespoon of fish sauce, 1 tablespoon of lime juice and salt according to instructions. Meanwhile, peel ginger root and cut into slices. Cut coriander finely. Heat oil in frying pan. Ginger for about 2 minutes. Add pineapple pieces and fry approx. 1 minute. Remove ginger slices. Pineapple, coriander and prawns with cooked rice. Season with pepper, lime juice and possibly some fish sauce. Tasty with grilled chicken or fish and stir-fry vegetables.
