Directions

  1. Cut the tomatoes into very small pieces. Clean the peppers and cut into small cubes.
  2. Cut the spring onions into thin rings. Slice the dill and parsley.
  3. Spoon the tomatoes, peppers, spring onions, dill, parsley, oil, vinegar and cumin in a bowl.
  4. Season with salt, pepper and possibly a pinch of cumin.
