Bluefin cheese fondue
A tasty recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: cornstarch, dry white wine, lemon juice (bottle 115 ml), Dutch goat's cheese (light-filled, grated), fourme d'ambert ((blue cheese), crumbled), chives ((25 g) and chopped).

Stir in the cornstarch with 3 tbsp wine until smooth.

Pour into the caquelon or pan and add the rest of the wine.

Bring to boil.

Add the lemon juice.

First stir in the goat's cheese in portions and then the blue cheese.

Stir until a smooth, thick fondue.

Season with pepper.

Sprinkle with the chives..
