Wintry vegetable dish with sprouts, grapes and walnuts.

Boil the sprouts in 8 minutes until al dente. Meanwhile, halve the grapes in the length. Chop the walnuts coarsely.

Heat the oil in a stirring stir fry the sprouts for 3 minutes on a high heat. Turn the heat medium and add the honey. Bake for another 2 minutes.

Mix in the grapes and walnuts and serve.
