String beans with tomato and cumin
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: string beans (cleaned), olive oil (with garlic chili pepper), meat tomato (in small pieces) and ground cumin (djinten).

Cut the beans into squares of approx. 3 cm. Cook them in plenty of water with salt in approx. 7 minutes until al dente. Drain the beans in a colander and rinse them with cold water.

Heat the oil in the pan and pour the tomato, cumin and the drained beans through. Let everything warm up well. Delicious with veal, pork and Mediterranean dishes.
