A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: lime (squeezed out), extra virgin olive oil, dried tarragon, honey (acacia), white seedless grapes (halved) and rocket lettuce (bag a 75 g).

Directions

  1. Beat the lime juice with the oil and the tarragon into a dressing.
  2. Season to taste with the honey and salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Spoon the dressing with the halved grapes and the arugula and marinate the dish for serving at least 30 minutes in a cool place.
  4. Delicious with fried white fish..
