Carrots with ginger
Roasted roots from the oven with ginger, cinnamon and coriander.

Preheat the oven to 210 ºC.

Peel the forest carrot, but leave 3 cm green. Cook 4 min.

Peel the ginger and cut as finely as possible. Mix the ginger with the oil, coriander and cinnamon. Add pepper and salt to taste.

Drain the carrot and scoop with the herb oil. Spread over a griddle covered with parchment paper and grate in the middle of the oven for about 25 minutes.
