Mixed grilled salad
A nice Mediterranean recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: olive oil (with lemon flavor), balsamic vinegar, garlic (pressed), fresh Italian herbs (finely chopped), red peppers (each in 8 bars), courgettes (in slices of 1/2 cm thick), red onions (in rings of about 1/2 cm thick) and chestnut mushrooms (in thick slices).

Ingredients
- 5 tablespoons olive oil with lemon flavor
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic pressed
- 3 tablespoons fresh Italian herbs finely chopped
- 2 red peppers each in 8 bars
- 2 little courgettes in slices of 1/2 cm thick
- 2 little Red onions in rings of about 1/2 cm thick
- 12 chestnut mushrooms in thick slices

For dressing in bowl 3 tbsp olive oil, vinegar, garlic, herbs and to taste salt and pepper beat together. Store at room temperature until use.

Season peppers and zucchini with oil, spread on well greased grill toppers and grill until pieces are evenly browned. Vegetables turn brown and other evenly brown grilling. Create vegetables in scale. Oil onions and mushrooms with oil, grill in the same way and also in shell. Dressing over vegetables and creating everything well together. Allow a minimum of 15 minutes of flavor. Delicious with Mediterranean spiced dishes.
