Chop the coriander coarsely. Peel the pistachio nuts and chop them coarsely. Rub the cumin seeds in a mortar.

Pour the liquid from the yoghurt carefully. Spoon the yogurt into a shallow dish or deep plate. Pour the olive oil over it and sprinkle with pistachio nuts, cumin seeds and fresh coriander.
