Potatoes with parsley-sesame butter
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: parsley, lime, soft butter, sesame oil, salt, freshly ground pepper, potatoes (Linzer delicatess) (à 1 1/2 kg) and sesame seeds.

Parsley finely chop. Lime brooms and grate top peel. Lime above it. Stir in parsley, butter, sesame oil and salt and pepper to taste. Bake butter mixture on piece of plastic foil, form into roll and wrap in foil until used in refrigerator.

Clean potatoes under running water and cut into quarters. Fry potatoes gently in 15 to 20 minutes in a pan with little water and salt. Cast off and repeat in scale. Sesame seed through it. Cut the butter into slices and lay on potatoes. Serve with roasted lamb.
