Stoneleeks with mustard
A tasty recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: stoneleeks (cleaned), olive oil, beaten cream (23% fat) and Zaanse mustard.

Heat a frying pan. Spoon the stoneleeks and oil in a bowl and add salt and pepper to taste. Spread the stoneleeks in the pan and roast them for 2 minutes. Invite them occasionally.

Pour the cream into the pan and add the mustard. Bring this to a boil. Spoon the stoneleeks into a bowl. Delicious with fried chicken, guinea fowl or veal.
