Vegetable skewer with spicy pepper marinade
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: ratatouille package (zucchini, eggplant, tomato, onion, red and green pepper), garlic (peeled), jalapeño peppers (pot a 225 g), ginger root (peeled and chopped), oil, dried thyme, ground pimento, honey and light soy sauce.
- 1 ratatouille package zucchini, eggplant, tomato, onion, red and green pepper
- 2 cloves garlic peeled
- 2 tablespoons jalapeño peppers pot a 225 g
- 4 cm ginger root peeled and in pieces
- 4 tablespoons oil
Cut vegetables from ratatouille package into coarse, even pieces. Chop minced garlic and jalapeño pears. Ginger peel and grate. Garlic, peppers and ginger with oil, thyme, allspice, honey, soy sauce and lemon juice in small mixing bowl or chopper of food processor or in mortar. Puree to a fine mass. Stir in vegetables with pepper marinade and leave for at least 1 hour. Regularly shovel.
Baste vegetables alternately on skewers. Skewers depending on the size of the barbecue in 1 or 2 portions in 8-10 min. Golden brown and cooked to roast, turn regularly and cover with remaining marinade. Place skewers on a scale and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
