Green olive tapenade with paprika
A tasty Italian recipe. The meat-free side dish contains the following ingredients: green olives (without pit), roasted peppers ((pot), drained), garlic (peeled), anchovy fillets (drained), olive oil and freshly ground black pepper.

Grind the olives in a food processor or in a high bowl with a hand blender with the pepper, garlic and anchovies into a coarse puree.

Gradually add oil and puree until a smooth paste is formed.
