Broccoli with soy sauce and sesame seeds
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: sesame seeds, fresh ginger ((large), peeled), soy sauce (less sodium), extra virgin olive oil and broccoli (in florets).

Bring a large pot of water with a little salt to the boil. Heat a small frying pan over medium heat. Put in the sesame seeds. Roast the seeds 3-4 min. Or until golden brown and set aside.

Grate the ginger with a fine grater over a mixing bowl. Add the soy sauce and olive oil and stir well.

Cook the broccoli 3-4 minutes in the boiling water or until the broccoli starts to soften. Drain and put the broccoli at the dressing in the mixing bowl. Spoon the broccoli, sprinkle with the sesame seeds and serve.
