Mozzarella lasalsa with radish
A tasty Spanish recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: mozzarella (buffalo), radishes, lemon, extra virgin olive oil, fresh parsley (flat minced) and freshly ground pepper.

Cut the mozzarella into tiny cubes.

Grate the radishes coarsely.

Clean the lemon and grate off the yellow skin.

Squeeze out the lemon.

In a bowl, mix the mozzarella with the radish, lemon zest, oil and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice.

Pour in the parsley and season the salsa with salt and freshly ground pepper..
