Green asparagus salad with japanese dressing
Also try this delicious green asparagus salad with Japanese dressing
- 400 gram green asparagus ready to cook
- 1 tablespoon Japanese soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon White wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Japanese rice vinegar
- 1 mespoint chilli pepper flakes
- 2 spring / forest onion
- Cucumber peeled, into small cubes
- 1 tablespoon Sesame seed roasted
Mix the short cooked and lukewarm green asparagus with a dressing of the Japanese soy sauce, the sesame oil and the white wine or rice vinegar. Season with some chili flakes.
Cut the spring onions into fine rings and the cucumber into small dice.
Mix everything together and sprinkle with the roasted sesame seeds. Tasty with a piece of grilled meat or tuna steak.
