Directions

  1. Mix the ingredients for the dressing with 1 tablespoon of honey, salt and pepper.
  2. Scoop the dressing through the arugula and distribute it over plates. Place the slices of ham next to each other.
  3. Mix the apple cubes with the goat's cheese, thyme and 1 tablespoon of honey. Divide this filling over the ham and form rolls of it.
  4. Slice the ham rolls diagonally and spread over the arugula.
  5. Garnish with sprigs of chives.
