Directions

  1. Put the thick yogurt of the cloth in a bowl. Halve the cucumber in the length and scrape out the seeds.
  2. Grate the cucumber and let it drain. Scoop with the chopped mint, the cumin powder (djinten), pepper and a pinch of salt through the yogurt.
