Marinated saltwater shrimp in garlic, oil and chives for the gourmet.

Directions

  1. Let the shrimp thaw. Peel the shrimps, remove the intestinal tract and leave the tail.
  2. Slice the chives. Put the shrimp in a bowl with the chives and the oil. Press the garlic above and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Spoon the shrimp well and leave to marinate in the refrigerator for approx. 1 hour.
  4. Heat a gourmet pan and fry over medium heat in small portions. Change regularly.
