Let the shrimp thaw. Peel the shrimps, remove the intestinal tract and leave the tail.

Slice the chives. Put the shrimp in a bowl with the chives and the oil. Press the garlic above and season with salt and pepper.

Spoon the shrimp well and leave to marinate in the refrigerator for approx. 1 hour.

Heat a gourmet pan and fry over medium heat in small portions. Change regularly.
