Let the butter in a bowl at room temperature so soft in about 30 minutes that the butter is stirring.

Chop the parsley, basil, oregano, olives and capers. Cut the chives finely. Grate the lemon. Squeeze the garlic cloves above and add the herbs. Stir everything well with a fork. Put the butter in a dish with a spatula.

Place the herb butter in a cool place or in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or until use, so that the taste can develop properly.

Spoon the herb butter onto a piece of plastic wrap and form a sausage. Wrap the foil around the butter and firmly tighten it on both sides so that the butter is nicely rounded. Leave it in the refrigerator firmly and serve in slices.
