Candied carrot with honey and lemon

Remove the green leaves from the roots, but leave them with a piece of green. Wash the vegetables well.

Place the carrots as much as possible next to each other in a pan. Add the butter, mixed with honey, mustard, lemon juice and salt and simmer the carrot in about 15 minutes.

Garnish with some lemon peels if necessary.
