Vegetarian balls with gorgonzola
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: vegetarian balls, extra virgin olive oil with basil, gorgonzola (cheese) and spring onions (in rings).

Halve vegetarian balls and shred them in a bowl with oil. Stir cheese over other crumbs and mix with spring onions.

In a pan, 3 half balls of brown bake. Place balls with flat side upwards and distribute a quarter of cheese mixture over them. Put the pan under the gourmet grill and melt the cheese.
