Chickpea stew
A nice Mediterranean recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: olive oil, garlic (finely chopped), onion (finely chopped), chickpeas ((400 g), drained), ground cumin (djinten), vine tomatoes (cubes), spinach (300 g) and lemon juice.

Heat the oil in a frying pan, fry the garlic and onion lightly brown.

Rinse the chickpeas with running water.

Spoon the cumin and the chickpeas with the onion.

Warm everything for 5 minutes.

Spoon the diced tomatoes on the chickpeas and season the stew spicy with salt and (freshly ground) pepper.

Carefully shovel a piece of spinach through it.

Turn off the heat.

Season with the lemon juice, salt and (freshly ground) pepper.

Tasty with toasted bread..
