Lemon puree with parsley


A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: potatoes (crisp, peeled), lemon (cleaned), semi-skimmed milk, butter, flat parsley ((a 20 g) and finely chopped).

Directions

  1. Boil the potatoes in water with salt in 20 minutes until done. Meanwhile, grate the yellow skin of the lemon. Heat the milk with the butter in a saucepan over low heat.
  2. Drain the potatoes and add the warm milk with butter. Stamp with puree pestle.
  3. Add the lemon zest and parsley to the puree. Spoon and season with salt and pepper.
