A tasty Italian recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: walnuts (50 g), garlic, basil ((a 15 g), only the leaves), grated Parmesan cheese and olive oil.

Directions

  1. Roast the walnuts in a frying pan without butter or oil.
  2. Put the garlic and leaves of the basil in a food processor and reduce for 10 seconds.
  3. Spoon into a bowl and add the cheese.
  4. Add the olive oil and stir to a smooth mixture.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Delicious on a bruschetta with a slice of Parma ham and halved cherry..
