Corn on the cob with homemade herb butter and cheese
Grilled corn on the barbecue with herb butter and French fritters (cheese).

Light the barbecue. Remove the leaves and threads from the corn and cook the corn for 10 minutes in a large pan of water. Drain and allow to cool slightly.

Stir in the salt, parsley and half of the cheese through the butter. Squeeze out the garlic and season with (freshly ground) pepper.

Grill the corn on the barbecue in 6 min. Brown. Times regularly. Spread the corn on all sides with herb butter and sprinkle with the rest of the cheese.
