A nice Mediterranean recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: fish, sauerkraut fillets ((pack of 400 g frozen) thawed), dried thyme, Coburger (ham (packed 100 g service department meats)) and oil.

Directions

  1. Dab the coalfish fillets dry, halve them and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  2. Sprinkle the thyme over the fish.
  3. Wrap each piece of fish in 1 slice of ham ham.
  4. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the fish parcels in 8 min.
  5. Until done.
  6. Turn halfway.
  7. Tasty with baked potatoes and green beans..
