Corn on the cob in foil with chili powder and parsley.

Directions

  1. Remove the leaves and wires from the corn cobs, wash and pat dry. Slice the parsley.
  2. Melt the butter in a pan and stir in the chilli powder and parsley.
  3. Remove the pan directly from the fire. Spread out pieces of aluminum foil (about 25 cm long).
  4. Place the corncobs in the middle and brush well with the melted butter.
  5. Fold the aluminum foil around the corncobs twice and tighten the ends.
  6. Place the foil packets on the rack and grill for 15-20 minutes. Turn the packets regularly so that the corn kernels in the foil are steamed.
  7. Put a package on each plate and open it carefully. Brush the corn cobs with leftover butter and sprinkle with sea salt.
