Chicken-apricot skewer


A nice Mediterranean recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: poultry, chicken breasts, honey, oil, lemon juice, ground cumin (djinten) and dried apricots.

Directions

  1. Cut 2 chicken breasts into cubes, stir in 1 tbsp honey with 1 tbsp oil, 1 tbsp lemon juice and 1/2 tbsp ground cumin.
  2. Spoon this with the chicken.
  3. Let marinate for at least half an hour.
  4. Thread the chicken and half dried apricots around 4 skewers.
  5. Roast them in 12 minutes brown and done..
