Herb butter with garlic, parsley and lemon juice.

Directions

  1. Stir the butter into a soft cream in a bowl. Slice the parsley.
  2. Stir in the parsley and lemon juice and season with pepper and (sea) salt. Press the garlic above it.
  3. Spoon the butter on a piece of aluminum foil and form a roll using the foil.
  4. Fold the aluminum foil closed and let the butter stiffen in the refrigerator for about 45 minutes.
  5. Cut the butter into slices and melt on a warm dish.
