Herb butter with garlic, parsley and lemon juice.

Stir the butter into a soft cream in a bowl. Slice the parsley.

Stir in the parsley and lemon juice and season with pepper and (sea) salt. Press the garlic above it.

Spoon the butter on a piece of aluminum foil and form a roll using the foil.

Fold the aluminum foil closed and let the butter stiffen in the refrigerator for about 45 minutes.

Cut the butter into slices and melt on a warm dish.
