Directions

  1. Roast the sesame seeds in a dry, hot frying pan and keep separate. Heat the oil and fry the garlic for 1 minute.
  2. Add the shiitakes and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add the honey and soy sauce and stir-fry the mushrooms on a low setting in a few minutes shiny and brown.
  3. Spoon into a bowl and sprinkle with the sesame and spring onions.
