Spinach, garlic and raisins
A tasty Italian recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: pine nuts (65 g), olive oil, garlic (finely chopped), spinach (a 300 g) and white raisins.

Roast the pine nuts for about 3 minutes in a frying pan without oil or butter until golden brown. Let cool on a plate.

Heat the oil in a wok. Add the garlic and immediately divide the spinach. Let shrink on medium heat. Finally add the pine nuts and raisins. Season with salt and pepper. Delicious with the penne with eggplant and the pork schnitzel with raw ham.
