Simple tomato sauce
A tasty and simple tomato sauce with winter carrots and ripe vine tomatoes.

Cut the tomatoes into pieces and put in a large pan. Cut the winter carrot into pieces and the celery in bows.

Chop the onion and finely chop the garlic.

Add the carrot, celery, onion, garlic, parsley and basil to the tomatoes. Bring to a low heat on a low heat and scoop occasionally.

Add a glass of water if the mixture remains very thick. Stew in a sauce for 40 minutes. Stir frequently.

Puree the sauce briefly with the hand blender and press a soup ladle through a sieve. Season with a dash of oil, pepper and salt.
