Potato salad with Ardennes ham
A tasty recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: meat, potatoes in the peel, sea salt, olive oil, lemon juice, coarse mustard, freshly ground black pepper, sweet pickles, spring onions, chicory and Ardennes ham.

Preheat the oven grill.

Dry the beakers under cold water, pat dry and cut into slices.

In baking tin or baking dish, scrape potato slices with little sea salt and 1 tbsp oil.

Fry baking tin 10 cm under hot grill and roast potatoes in approx.

10 min.

Until golden brown and cooked.

Regularly shovel.

Add 3 tbsp oil with lemon juice, mustard and a pinch of salt and pepper to dressing.

Cut cucumber into slices and cut the spring onion into thin rings.

Bake the potatoes with gherkin and spring onions and let cool until lukewarm.

From chicory 12 loosen beautiful leaves and lay them to scale.

Cut the ham into strips.

Add the potato salad to chicory, grind a few more pepper and put the ham on top..
