Potato salad with dill
A delicious scandinavian recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: solid potatoes, salt, leek, cocktail gruel (sour), apple, sour cream (125 ml), mustard, fresh dill (15 g) and (freshly ground) pepper.

Peel potatoes and cut into cubes.

Fry potatoes in approx.

5-8 minutes in a pan with little water and salt.

Meanwhile, cut the white and light-green part of the leek into thin rings, wash it in the sieve and let it drain well.

Cut cucumbers into slices.

Peel the apple, remove the cores and cut the apple into pieces.

In a bowl of sour cream, stir 2 tablespoons of gherkin juice and mustard into a dressing.

Dill fine above it.

Create apple, leek and pickle.

Drain potatoes, thereby collecting 1/2 dl of cooking liquid.

Potato with cooking liquid by dressing.

Season with salt and pepper.

Leave at least 1 hour so that taste can develop..
