Vegetable dish ploink
A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: carrots, sugar, spring onions, parsley, garlic chives, chestnut mushrooms (box of 250 g), minima (net 80 g), (olive) oil, salt and (freshly ground) pepper.
Clean and wash the carrots and spring onions and cut them into slanted pieces of approx.
3 cm long.
Finely chop the parsley and finely chop the chives.
Mushrooms with kitchen paper and cut into quarters.
Drain the minimum amount of maize.
Heat up wok oil and bake carrots with sugar for about 4 minutes.
Add mushrooms and spring onions and bake for about 2 minutes.
Add mini maize and bake for about 1 minute.
Season with salt and pepper.
Sprinkle the vegetables with minced herbs and serve..
