Heat the oil in a stirring stir fry the shallots for 1 minute. Add the coal part by piece and stir fry the vegetables over a high heat for about 5 minutes.

Season the satay herbs through the cabbages and season the vegetables with salt and sambal. Sprinkle the seroendeng over the dish.
