Directions

  1. Cut the garlic into thin slices.
  2. Cut the sprout from the sprouts and remove ugly leaves.
  3. Cross the side of the stalk.
  4. Boil the sprouts in a pan with plenty of boiling water with a little salt in a quarter of an hour.
  5. Rinse the sprouts in a colander with cold water, so that they stay nice and green.
  6. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and fry the slices of garlic until golden brown.
  7. Put the sprouts and honey through.
  8. Heat for three minutes until the sprouts are covered with a shiny layer.
  9. Delicious with hare chop and mashed potatoes.
