A tasty recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: meat, olive oil, parma ham (chopped), garlic (finely chopped), red pepper (finely chopped), lentils ((400 g), drained), fresh ginger root (grated), curry powder, crème fraîche, shallots ( chopped) and fresh parsley (coarsely chopped).

Directions

  1. Heat the oil in the pan and fry 2 minutes of parma ham, garlic and red pepper.
  2. Lentils, ginger, curry powder and salt to taste.
  3. Lentil for 15 minutes on low heat.
