Meatballs with curry and onion
A tasty recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: meat, white bread (without crust), semi-skimmed milk, minced meat (half-to-half), egg (whipped), onion (chopped), curry powder and butter.

Soak the bread in the milk for 2 minutes. Squeeze out, put in a bowl and add the mince. Add the egg, onion, curry powder and pepper and salt to taste. Knead well. Divide the mince into 4 portions and form balls with moist hands.

Heat the butter in a frying pan and fry the meatballs over medium heat in 4 min. Brown. Lower the heat and fry in 20 min. Times regularly. Delicious with baked potato with cheese and stewed beans.
