Roasted pumpkin

Preheat the oven to 225 ° C.

Clean the peel of the pumpkin. Halve him and remove the seeds. Cut the halves into pieces of 2-3 cm wide, but do not peel them.

Squeeze the garlic over a bowl and stir in Provençal herbs, chilli powder, cinnamon and cumin.
