Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 225 ° C.
  2. Clean the peel of the pumpkin. Halve him and remove the seeds. Cut the halves into pieces of 2-3 cm wide, but do not peel them.
  3. Squeeze the garlic over a bowl and stir in Provençal herbs, chilli powder, cinnamon and cumin.
  4. Add vinegar and olive oil and stir into a homogeneous sauce. Brush the pumpkin with the sauce. Put them in a greased oven dish.
