Cauliflower puree with chives
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: potato (floury, peeled), cauliflower florets, chives and whipped cream (23% fat).

Cut the potato into very small pieces. Boil cauliflower florets and potato in water with salt in approx. 10 min.

Cut approx. 10 sprigs of chives into tiny pieces and keep them separate. Cook the rest of the chives with the cauliflower for the last minute.

Drain the vegetables. Add the cream and puree the cauliflower with the hand blender. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle the finely chopped chives. Delicious with fried fish, veal and pork.
