Stoemp with leeks and ham
A tasty recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: meat, potatoes, butter, leek (in rings), curry powder, milk, ham strips (duobakje a 200 g) and nutmeg.
Peel potatoes, wash and cover with salt in little water in about 20 minutes.
In frying pan, melt half of butter, leek and curry gently for 10 min.
Add milk and bring to the boil.
Drain potatoes and coarsely ground in the pan.
Rub the leek with milk, the rest of the butter and ham strips by stirring.
Add extra milk if necessary.
Season with generous salt, pepper and (freshly ground) nutmeg.
Tasty with bratwurst (sausage) or croquette skins..
